	How do we setup topics for monitoring and what is brand hierarchy? Setting up topics for monitoring is very easy. Please check out this blog as how to enter search criteria and create a topic. Brand Hierarchy is simply a series of topics you have created. It is in the hierarchical format and hence it is called Brand Hierarchy.

	Are there any limits to number of topics I monitor and number of queries each topic can have? Our trial account will limit you to create maximum 10 topics per account. 	What is your social media coverage and how often do you crawl those sites? 	Can we customize above sources you monitor? Yes. You can customize above source list by removing sources that you don't want to monitor. Also, we are constantly discovering new sources to monitor but if we are not something you need monitoring, you can use our customize sources feature to add your own site feeds as well.

	How does ContextMine decide social media user's influence? There are various factors which are taken into consideration before deciding the influence. ContextMine considers the impact of the message posted by the user on different networks. Based on that impact which could be derived differently for different sources, it counts the influence. For example, in case of Twitter it considers number of followings, replies, retweets while for YouTube it considers number of subscriptions, number of views, etc.
